והנה בעניני ממונות, עדיין י"ל דשכקבלו עליהם יכולים לדון, כמו שכתבו הפוסקים, דהלא על ממונם יכולין לוותר וממון ניתן למחילה, ואם קבלום עליהם לדון על ממונם הרי מחלו על אופן זה. אבל בעניני הוראה וגיטין וקידושין וכדומה, שאין ביד הציבור למחול על התורה הק', אם קבלו מי שאינו יודע או אינו הגון ומהפך דברי אלקים חיים, בודאי שאין בקבלתם כלום, ואינם אלא מכשילים את הרבים בהפרת דת תורה הק', וגרע ממקדיש בעלי מומים למזבח, וה' ירחם.<br />

והרבה יש לדבר בזה עוד ולהביא מדברי חכז"ל והפוסקים, אלא שלא אוכל להאריך פה על הדרך מרוב טירדה, אבל די גם במה שהבאתי.<br />

והשי"ת יזכינו להרחיב גבול הקדושה ולהגדיל תורה ולהאדירה, עדי נזכה לראות במהרה בישועת כל ישראל ושמחתן בשמחת ציון וירושלים בב"א.<br />
